Had the unfortunate experience of getting an order from here. On the same day of the order I received a 1 star review. Confused, I called and was told that the bad review was meant for someone else, but they will not help remove it. I will lose more business on the erroneous review than the $15 order. I do not understand that. I could not make an error like that without trying to repair it. People make decisions based on reputation and this very large company did not care about another company's reputation. I think that speaks horrible for them.
