My technician was very knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. He explained what he was doing and why it was important to have a routine inspection. He was very careful around my house and belongings and expressed that he wanted to move quickly in respect of my time. I would be glad to have Greg N. back for another service call. This has been my experience with all of the Columbus Worthington Air sales staff, installers and technicians over the past 12 years.
