Our furnace recently stopped working out of the blue, with no prior issues, during the COVID-19 stay at home order. Columbus Worthington Air was still able to come out the same day, diagnose the problems, work with my home warranty company and provide my options. They were not pushy at all about trying to get me to buy versus repair; they genuinely just wanted to fix my problem in whatever manner I chose. Ultimately, I did buy a brand new furnace, and they sent a team out the next day to install it.

Adam and Steven, the installers, were excellent. They were on time, efficient and professional. In fact, they took some extra measures, like replacing the blocks my furnace sat on with rubber pads and rerouting some in-the-way piping, that they didn t have to to raise the quality bar even further.

I absolutely recommend using Columbus Worthington Air for any of your HVAC needs.
