The worst experience I've ever had with the insurance company.to understand my frustration I have to say my story.I bought a car on Saturday and I called insurance company to add it to my insurance because I need it for coverage first the agent doesn't work weekend's,so I called the company directly and they don't work on the weekends either!!!!!so I wasn't able to add my car to my policy so I wasn't even able to drive my brand-new car because the insurance company wasn't able to ensure it during the weekend.so I would like OK I don't mind I'll wait until Monday.today I called the agent mind you the agent lied to me because papers that I needed the Atlantic insurance company a third that sells insurance never sent NOTHING!!so I called the company directly once again and like one of your previous customers that I seen on the reviews I waited 25 minutes on hold!!!after waiting that long they told me I needed some decalaration that would take another 24 hours to be.process NEVER again I will get this insurance don't get it !!!!! You have be warn
