The worst customer service I have ever experienced...
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Negligent and incompetent at best. Each Agent would give a different and invalid answer to any issue. My premiums were raised in the middle of a pandemic due to their negligence and they refused to try to make right or even take responsibility for. They constantly stressed me out with the inaccurate information they would provide me. The only reason I stayed with them was because of their affordability. When that also became in question, I decided to switch to Geico. Geico is now saving me $20 for the exact same plan. I even recieved a discount for the current financial situation the pandemic has caused. I cancelled my policy 2 weeks after making my payment and Gainsco refuses to refund me the retroactive amount. In fact they are charging me an extra amount for cancelling. This company is GREEDY and HEARTLESS!!
