I am really shocked with the services they are pro...

I am really shocked with the services they are providing.I had booked an item and the size i had received was not proper for me. Then i had fired a complaint mail in regard of that after that a n auto generated mail was passed to me. Then after not a single response is there. After calling the customer care they reply to record the problem and there is no response to the issue.
I am going to fire a complaint for this as because they are here to cheat the customers.
