We had a fabulous experience working with Icon to remodel our kitchen. The project turned out beautifully and was well done by her team who she s worked with for many years. After going through many remodels and additions for other projects through other contractors, there was always some issue with the job getting done on time and the workers not showing up daily to get the work done or financial issues trying to make ends meet due to short staff and not enough funds coming in to take care of the job. Definitely not the case in working with Jenny and Charlie the owners of Icon. Jenny is very friendly, very very knowledgeable and extremely communicative. Also, they must be a financially strong company-meaning they don t float checks and rob Peter to pay Paul for their next job. They also were 100% focused on making us happy with the job. We would and definitely WILL work with Icon again in the future. Best experience we have ever had with a contractor! Strongly recommend!
