I wish I had read the reviews before ordering for a group of coworkers. The order was placed on 9/10/20 and despite paying for expedited delivery, the soonest it could be delivered was 9/21/20...When it wasn't delivered on time I contacted them and they wanted to give me $3/order back. I insisted on getting all the delivery charges reversed. Still didn't arrive days later and they refused to take responsibility, saying it was FedEx. I contacted FedEx and they told me it was "Ground" not expedited and that due to staffing issues and "hazardous conditions" (even though all fires were under control around Salem, OR by that time) the deliveries didn't arrive until 9/25...VERY poor customer service (off-shore) and no one wanted to make any accommodation for the very expensive product. Would recommend people check out other options for popcorn including Garretts and Popcornopolis.
