I recently bought a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid from Choice Auto, and my experience was great. I dealt with Ray for the purchase who had an extremely low pressure approach to his sales technique. The car had just arrived on their lot and had not yet been gone over by their mechanics, so it was not yet technically available for purchase. However, Ray let me drive the car and explained to me that he would hold the car for me pending the inspection (I had pre-qualified financing through my creditor.) I bought the car that day on basically what amounted to a hand shake and verbal agreement. The car also needed an alignment and a few touch up paint repairs, which was all completed before I came back to purchase the vehicle a few days later. The car was missing the roof antenna cover, which the salesman purchased for me and had painted to match the color of the body. I went to pick it up about a week after I had signed the loan for the vehicle. It was nice that they cared enough to make that right, even after I had already driven the car off the lot. I feel like I was well taken care of and that Choice Auto went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know, and will check with them the next time I am in the market for a vehicle.
