I recently used the services of Velo3d for 3D metal printing, and I was generally satisfied with the results. The process was efficient, and the quality of the final product was acceptable. However, I found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side compared to other similar services. Also, the website navigation could be improved for a more user-friendly experience. The customer service was helpful and responsive, but I think they could benefit from offering more detailed updates on the progress of the order. Overall, I would consider using their services again if needed, but I hope to see some improvements in pricing and communication. 🤔
