If anyone is looking for the worst dealership in Arlington, look no further. Vandergriff Hyundai is it. Made an appointment and was given a wait time of an hour, around hour two- still waiting. No one came back to tell me, something happened like we're short staffed (I would have understood), offer a courtesy shuttle- nothing. Finally, I had to let my 11 month old scream her head off in the service department, so I could get information on my car, then finally be given my keys- AFTER ALMOST 3 hours. Thank you Vandergriff Hyundai, you never disappoint in giving the WORST customer service. I hadn't been there in five years because the service department tried to bilk me out of $1700, but thought I'd give you another try since I had to go to a dealership to fix my recall. I would rather ride a bicycle with NO seat than bring my car to you guys. And don't worry I'll be sure to tell my friends about my lovely experience
