I signed up with Ben of Crum Insurance because he said he was trying to support his family. Me too! He totally failed to give me any guidance, or any assistance to the point where my comp policy automatically deducted $3800 from my account... though I set up a payment plan that didn t stipulate agent error would deduct on top of my normal premium. He was inaccurate by 66% and did nothing to assist me or set up a payment plan. Now my present policy went from $5723 for the year as he set up to $9986. His phone goes to voicemail but is full so even when I was requesting advice about my audit he was nonexistent. Ben Crum Insurance has been a total failure for me. I recommend going elsewhere. I am a legit small contractor supporting my 3 kids and wife if you want to contact me. I typically only put good reviews on google as you can see. I recommend sticking with Statewide or State fund.
