In general, I've had a very poor experience with Surrey police. I've expressed my dissatisfaction to the IPCC and the sergeants at surrey police in relation to being a victim of police brutality and wrongly being given a dispersal order but unfortunately after having raised this concern via 101 for the 5th time I'm still not satisfied with the final outcome. As a result I've had to speak to citizens advice because I can't afford to pay out for a solicitor.
