The only reason I gave them a 1 was because there was no 0 rating. Worst customer service in the universe. They honestly and truly do not care. The claim adjusters voicemail boxes are full and the supervisors don't return your calls....EVER. The agents refused to escalate my call above a supervisor. So I've been going around in circles with no claim resolution for two months. Buyer beware!!
