Ridiculous customer Service. Somebody named Evelyn took my phone call , super unfriendly , I had to explain everything multiple times until she she understood my request, they don t even bother to send out somebody to measure. I sent them an email with deatailsabout what I need but Evelyn did not even bother to respond.
I had to call and ask again, Evelyn now tells me she will send me a quote. Never happened. Another person calls me to get more info , I emailed them and after 24h still no quote.
These guys should close and go home instead of wasting people s time.
Don t be in business, if you don t want business !
