I have 2 accounts open for 2 of my companies in this bank. I came to the bank to put money into these company accounts, I was served by Anna Ducka. As soon as Anna Ducka heard my accent (I am Ukrainian) I immediately changed the tone of communication. I explained the situation that I want to put money into the account of my own company on behalf of the company (I just opened the company, there is still no income, but I need to make payments to the accountant and make purchases through the Internet, so I have to put money into the account and pay from it), Anna Ducka informed me what commission will be taken for this payment (reported as if dissuaded), I agreed, I submitted the data of the first account and the amount I want to put on this account, there was a commission of 5 zl, I gave 10 zl, to which I heard that Anna Ducka didn t change, I asked to take away 5 zl commission from novnoy amount that I put into the account, the answer was that it is impossible to do so (although previous file times, 2 weeks ago so I have paid a commission when performed the same operation in the same bank). I asked how I can pay the commission, she advised me to go somewhere to change money, I asked if I could change at the checkout, she said that they do not change money and that s the point. After that, I went to another employee and the girl in the window took money from me, put it into accounts, took the commission from the main amount, although Anna Ducka informed me that this could not be done ... In this situation, I filed a complaint about the bank's information line.

I ask the management of this department to pay attention to manifestations of racism towards clients from Anna Ducka
