I am beginning to think ebay sucks, I hate trying to get in contact with ebay and getting someone in southeast asia that can't speak english and doesn't understand it either. they are just another corporation trying to make as much money off of the consumer as possible and get cheap labor to answer their phones. It is awful I want an american to talk to. I give ebay the lowest rating you can give a company and everyone should ban together and protest ebay. it's like every place else they aren't concerned about their customers only how much money they can make. I might also add there is no way to get in touch with anyone at their corporate headquarters the phone number is just an automated message which is total crap it just directs you to someone in asia or thailand or to some other foreign country. total piece of crap company
