I am so tired of eBay not standing up for the buye...

I am so tired of eBay not standing up for the buyers. I never have these problems with Amazon I push the return button and Wala it s done. From eBay I purchased a graphics card I asked the seller if The graphics card would fit my system he told me yes it would. When it arrived it was too big for my system I asked for a refund which he permitted but I had to pay for the return shipping even though he gave me the wrong information. I asked for eBay s help and they told me to keep communicating with with the seller who had already stopped emailing me back. eBay s resolution was for me to pay for the shipping and call them back and see if they will give me a refund. It kind of sounds like Mitch McConnell is in charge of eBay s return
