Bernadette could not have been more friendly, professional or accommodating. She arranged to have the car I was interested in ready for me to test drive when I arrived, she was understanding and did not pressure me when I said I still had a few other cars I wanted to see while in the area (we drove 2 hours to car shop). I decided that there was no other choice but that SRX, called and told her, she started the paperwork before I was back in the showroom and stayed past closing time so I could drive the car home that night. She was fabulous, and my friend now wants to return to buy from her too!
