Excellent experience with Proper Cloth. I had some issues with the fit of my sleeves after using their online smart sizing feature. I sent them some pictures and they made several suggestions which improved not only the sleeves, but other areas of the shirt as well. Taking ownership to deliver the best quality product possible is something you don't see much of these days; so refreshing to see a company committed to getting it right. Keep it up Proper Cloth.
