Doctors take forever to get to you in the ER

Doctors take forever to get to you in the ER
I've waited for 45 min or more once I have gotten into an ER room. When you ask a nurse for pain pills, or other requests, it takes another 30 minutes to get back to you. Drs don't have a good bed side manner. Nurses are very good.
