I can't believe what just happened! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will NEVER visit this establishment again! I don't eat mayo; so before ordering the tuna I inquired if I could get it without mayo. I was quickly advised that the tuna was pre-made and couldn't come without mayo. Fine. No big deal. So then I see another menu option and wanted to know if the bread could be substituted for a bagel. Kim (the worker) then started to name the bagel options clearly with an attitude. So, we ask her if she is okay. It was clear she must be having a bad day. She then points at my girlfriend and says I encountered you. Not sure if she got us mixed up....it was completely random. So we quickly go over to speak to the owner and it was clear he could care less. The icing on the cake is when we finally got what we ordered the sandwich had MAYO on it. We clearly asked for no Mayo. So we take the sandwich back and the OWNER is upset we are returning the sandwich. He asks me how much is the sandwich. I didn't know. He yells how can I give you your money back if you don't know how much the sandwich is. Shouldn't he know how much the sandwich is??? He immediately says get out! Get out! Don't come back. Why??? The bagels are great but after being treated like ANIMALS we will never be back! The owner of this establishment should be ashamed!
