They were responsive and came within the timeframe I needed. We were having floors installed and needed the toilet in the downstairs bathroom removed. I will say that the quoted price for an install of a toilet (first floor, we'd buy the toilet) was a LOT more than anticipated. The removal of the toilet was around the anticaipated cost. The tech was great, he gave great advice for the future and what type of toilet and new sink to get for our half bath. I have used them before and was always happy with the work. Thanks!
