We use Stefeksales for the clean out of the relatives home. They did an amazing job and completed the clean out in one day. Any items fit for sale were sold and the proceeds given to us without a commission. The remaining items were given to a reputable charity and we were provided with an itemized receipt including A value for each item donated for tax deduction purposes.
