No decision right,
it is decided over your own head where to stay for therapy, whether acute, reha etc.
Something like this should already be discussed with one another and not simply an application for something else should be made behind the back of the patient who registers in this clinic.
You volunteer in a clinic and then tell me that I have no right to make a decision?
