BMW of Nashville is second to none! I have found their sales, service and genius department to be the best in the nation. We have purchased BMW's for over thirty years and the character and honesty of Jeff Burdett is simply refreshing and a delight to do business with. Many times I leave the dealership not quite understanding how to use the wonderful technological advancements inside of my new car, but not this year. Jeff made sure that I spent some time with BMW Genius, Chaz Daniel to learn each and ever feature. Chaz was patient, kind, and slow to allow me to comprehend each and every detail.
