Staff treated horribly. Picture this no AC in laundry room or kitchen! Two hottest places in a hotel. Staff working in such hi temps dripping sweat while folding your towels, bed sheet and making your food. Paragon hotel company wouldn't even get them fans or portable ac unit. I reported and they did not even reply . I totally understand why they can't keep good staff.I called Corp and they told me how expensive this ac units are and that they knew. Sad.very very sad
