USMD is characterized by paranoid employees who fear losing their job and therefore sell themselves short daily to lowest rungs of human integrity. Forget patient care. Forget meaningful interactions or finding purposeful work here...save yourself and just say no. No amount of money will ameliorate the headache that will be the daily interactions with people who should be contestants on Judge Judy. For every one good egg, there are at least 15 bad ones. Everyday is mine field of overly dramatic, unnecessarily complicated and frankly, pointless work. IF you're smart, you'll walk away from this mess and find something more deserving of your time, talent and energy.
