Nice property but really hypocrite staff , Asian guy put me on hold for 45 mins to bring towels to my room while I'm freezing waiting out of the shower hung up and don't pick up my phone calls anymore had.to call from my cellphone then same guys answer showed up at the door with the towels 1h40 mins after . Hotels lies about alot of stuffs when they don't feel like doing it the only resonable person in that location is the head manager that is older and don't even know whats really going on there , front desk staffs lies about there possibilities to extend cash even do they already have ur credit card on the file and u already slept there for the past 4 nights and the most disgusting food you can find around from the restaurant for a 18$ salad and 8$ extra for three slices of chicken so called chicken Breast and that's before tax and tips. To mention that i am a gold member. Tell me I can finally pay cash and when time arrive for checkout charge me 20-40$ more then what they promised they will on each night saying that they have no trace of the price that we had that day cause we extended on the fone. Briefly the worst hotel for an extended stay in this area. Only take advantage of people who do sent know advantage that come with a marriot reward account . The property is clean the front desk staff really hypocrite and lazy
