This place is ridiculous. I mad eat appointment for my son to be seen. I had my parents pick him up from school early. Had my husband leave work early early his appointment was at 3pm they arrive at 2:45 to get the paperwork done and I'm informed that they can not. That only I can fill out his paperwork since I was the one who made the appointment. I leave my job 3 1/2 hours early to rush from Kendallville with crazy traffic for him to be seen that when I arrive my son and husband are outside saying we have to reschedule. I'm sorry this is extremely unprofessional. I lost 3hrs from work, had my child removed from school early and my husband also left early. Not even an apology is given for this. I will not reschedule thanks for wasting my time and money.
