I was rear ended by one of their insured on June 1...

I was rear ended by one of their insured on June 19th 2020. I called them and filed a claim with them right away and they kept telling me for weeks that they cannot do anything to fix my car because their insured was not responding. During these multiple weeks, I called many times. Sometimes they would look up my case number and hang up, other times they would get angry and tell me to go through my own insurance. I got through to the manager once, every other time I was told that he was busy and would call me back. I never received a call from him, it is clear that they do not want to take responsibility when their insured is clearly at fault. After relentlessly calling them, they finally approved the claim to fix my car. Today is August 19th 2020 and my car is finally fixed. This should not have taken 2 months, God bless you if you ever need to deal with this company.
