JP (stated he was the owner) does not handle issue...

JP (stated he was the owner) does not handle issues properly and is very confrontational. I approached the front desk lady with a question I had and before I could ask the question I was interrupted by JP yelling from about 15 feet away "What's your issue?", now that we have everyone's attention in the gym from JP yelling, I then walked over to JP and asked him why one of the trainers said not to use the equipment that has probably 20 different workout options. His response was they get to use it and it is posted to stay off of it and if you don't like it "cancel your membership". At one point he got so close to me I had to take a step back. He tried to use his size to intimidate, otherwise why get that close to me? I cancelled because of that and also most days I came in I had to move from one treadmill to another because of it malfunctioning. I understand why they charge less than the big gyms and it's not because of their size. It is because they look at their customer base as disposable since they are able to acquire new customers at the same rate or higher than the amount of customers that cancel. One day the number of customers leaving will exceed the amount signing up and then he will look at how to treat his customers but by then it may be too late. I hope people don't go through the embarrassment I had to go through at this gym and pick a gym that cares about retaining their customers.
