Ruins of former glory. I m really shocked and appalled this passes for 5 star hotel in any part of the world.

First suit we were given you can see from photos. Yes really that is the suit. It looks homeless people lived here, not acceptable by any standards.

Than we were changed to one of there remodeled rooms which still is a far cry from 5 star hotel. The funniest thing they used napkin holders, folders from old rooms which are all scabbed and looks extremely used.

Breakfast buffet was not life changing but acceptable, service was bad. Despite a small number of tables occupied no one checked up on me if I wanted more water or anything else.

The house keeping sprayed the most foul air freshener in the room reeking of chemicals. I couldn t breeze so my husband and I left the room immediately.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I will never choose this hotel again.
