I have used Neat Scanners for over 6 years. Initially at my business and now as individual. While I'm not happy that Neat requires annual subscription for the service which used to be free with purchase of a scanner, I'm glad that I can count on their support if needed.
Over the last week I have tried to fix a technical issue with the help of Neat Support & while it took 4 days and 4 different support reps, the issue has been resolved. I would like to thank Joseph S. of support group for his perseverance and professionalism to get this issue resolved. However, in fairness I need to point out that not all support reps are as knowledgeable, professional and determined to help customers as Joseph S.
