We popped in to reserve a table in the restaurant after our day tour to see if it would suit our next family holiday the staff were rude especially around the pool we were told to go to the pool bar for a drink in the reception then got told we had to sit in a broken seating area till our dinner reservation after ordering juice drinks and weren t allowed to go near the facilities as we weren t guests I was very disappointed with the food also the service and got so bitten by mosquitoes I ve never had such an experience ever in any hotel before my family own 5 Star international hotels and I m in shock at how we were treated it was like a circus not worth the $160 Australian dollars that was spent on drinks and food.
