Hotel was beautiful, plenty of amenities, fabulous...

Hotel was beautiful, plenty of amenities, fabulous restaurants. The issues we found was that the staff were superrr slow to cheak us in, deal with equests etc. A few things in our room were broken/not working...the fridge door came off completely when we tried to open it, the hair dryer worked on an adhoc basis. The bedding wasnt change despite us requesting a bedding change. Great hotel but plenty of room for improvement.
