My opinion is very similar to Chris W. I'm not going to mention any names however the Solicitor who is dealing with the sales of new build we find that the response is extremely slow. I'm part of a chain so any delays could cause issues with my buyer pulling out. It seems to me emails and phone calls are ignored, and he will get back on his own time. This opinion comes from the estate agent, my solicitor, previous buyers along with the developer.

I will be looking to take further action.
