This airport is very poorly organized. The line for security was icredibly slow, and we watched about 8 TSA agents just standing around doing nothing while a handful of them managed the line. And when you get out of security, if you accidentally take the wrong tram side, there's no way back, so you have to (seriously) go BACK THROUGH SECURITY and do it all over again to get on the correct tram because there isn't a way to transfer between the two sides. It's not well marked that the trams go to different places, so we unfortunately made this mistake and almost missed our flight. Security was just as slow the second time around even though they had just seen us go through the line, and we had to beg other people in line to let us go in front of them.
