Definitely my favourite yoga studio in Cape Town! The teachers are very experienced and the welcome is always warm. I'm a beginner Yogi. I only started few month ago and because this incredible team of teachers and the energy of this centre, I have completely integrated Yoga into my daily life and I no longer see myself living without it.
