Beautiful pieces and outstanding customer service. I ordered the aldo leather pouf from the website. It was a lovely piece, but the smell of the leather was very strong and chemical-like. I contacted the customer service, and was of assured this was a defect from the manufacturer. I was given options to return or exchange the item. Hannah thoroughly and cheerfully resolved my problem in a timely manner.
