When your told over the phone by a person that works at the front desk, that your room is ready. Then you get there, go inside to get your room. Only to be told your room is not ready. Then you ask questions, however no one can give you a reason why. All you get is how sorry there are. Sorry my ass, I want a reason why. I want the person who told me it was ready to explain.
The place is a joke!
