Best service I have ever experienced with a dealership. I came in for a oil change and almost upgraded to the 2019 G80 sport lawddd help me! Ms.Tracy Russell is responsible for this 5 star rating. She showed me the 2019 Genesis line and I was able to test drive the G80 sport. My oil change did take a little over 2hrs but I did have 8 people in front of me. I was told upfront to expect a 2hr wait which was much appreciated. They even washed and vacuum out my Genesis! I was very pleased.
