Excellent experience, the booking process was promptly, and the customer service was quickly to answer my call, upon the arrival of the car, I'vegot a sms notification and the driver was helping with all the luggage. I was surprise that the car was so comfy and spacious, overall I love the experience and will book Carmel again should I've got a chance to visit NYC again in the near future
