I usually plan all of my own travel, I am kind if a control freak. For our Beaches vacation I decided to try a travel agent because the resort is so expansive and I wanted some insider knowledge, also because it can take so long to wait on hold and get anything done with Beaches. After some research, I selected Journeys based on their experience and reviews and I am so glad I did! It was such a relief to take some of that planning off of my hands and have someone that I could rely on and email for advice or a quick question along the way. Kim handled everything from resort booking to airline reservations to excursion recommendations and even got us all setup for airport assistance when my husband broke his ankle a couple of weeks before our trip. Kim and her team were always very responsive and quick to answer any questions and very patient with some of the "high maintenance" requests from my parents (I was planning a family trip involving 3 different families.) When we checked in at the resort the manager actually mentioned Kim by name and gave us an extra special welcome! Kim and the team at Journeys were incredible to work with and turned a stressful planning process into a total breeze, they are experienced and reliable and I can't wait to plan my next vacation with them!
