After having great service for five years, and leasing two cars from this dealer, we went back for a third and were treated very poorly. We were not allowed to work with our original sales person, who was wonderful, but instead were pawned off on an assistant who clearly was very inexperienced and did not help the process. The sales manager was not helpful, was not interested in working with us or finding a solution. He would not step through any of it and basically gave us a take it or leave it option and did not care if we walked. He asked the assistant to follow up with us, which she never did. Apparently they no longer care about customer loyalty or perception of the brand, or the type of service they give their returning customers. We have taken our business elsewhere, to Acura, and were treated with decency and respect.
