I just called and asked for a quote on a mirror. They did indeed ask for my name and phone number before moving to another desk but I'd hardly call that a hard sale tactic. I told her the specs, she gave me a price, and have a nice day...it was easy.
Only marking 4 out of 5 (so far) because I haven't actually purchased from them yet.
