I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday morning five minutes after they opened for an oil change. I wasn t turned away or told they couldn t get to me, but was reassured they would get to my truck as soon as possible. They offered a complimentary car wash while I waited and did a great job of getting my truck oil changed ASAP. Overall time spent at the dealership on a Saturday morning with NO appointment was less than an hour. I m very pleased and will be having my truck serviced there again.
