I had just purchased my home and I called service one and got that started so that if I had problems with my appliances or something so anyway as it turned out my dryer would not heat it would tumble but it would not produce any heat so I called service line and made an appointment and a technician came out and said that it was my timer and he needed to order a part and so he did and when the part came in we set up an appointment to have the part installed so that was yesterday on Tuesday the technician came out had the timer put it in and at that point he said okay you've got heat and he left and so I washed my Chanel bedspread and then after it was done I went and I put it in the dryer and I turned the dryer on time to heat on cotton and I just let it run I forgot about it and it had stopped so I checked on it again and it was not hot. So first thing this morning I called again and they made me an appointment for anytime today. My tech called and said he would be here soon. When he got here we discussed prior visits with the technicians and so he opened up the back of my dryer he tested several different things he said it looks like the thermostat and the heating coil needed to be replaced so he replaced them and he started it and it still was not warm he noticed that the plug that goes into the wall that that was kind of loose and that my cord would lean and kind of unplug it a little bit and that it was the issue it was getting enough energy to start and to run but it would not engage the heating element and such so we got it so that it would not come unplugged like again and it produce heat walking also advised me to call service one to see if I have electrical coverage and have them come out and look at that and see you know it what if there's something that needs to be done and he also advised that if I choose to just call and make sure that everything is okay however walking did a fabulous job his customer service ability and talking to me and explaining things about my dryer was Far Beyond customer service he's a very good person to have on your staff you guys are lucky he works for you he did a fantastic job he gets 10 Stars he was wonderful and I hope I can have him come back to service things that are wrong in my home thank you and I am Frankie Byler
