My experience started online and I wasn t sure what to expect. After a few phone calls and hesitant considerations, I decided to see what they could do for me and my not so good credit. The entire sales team is down to earth and welcoming. However, James is the guy that helped me from the start on day 1. Day 2 and James is helping another customer when I arrive. No big deal, but he made every possible effort to check on me periodically, as if he s still working on my deal. Almost makes you feel like you ve just walked into a building full of old friends.

Huge shout out to James and everyone else that made it happen for me!
