Trying to get any type of assistance in Jacksonville is like pulling your own teeth out. Most people who answer the phones act as if they're better than you & they dont TRY to assist. If you're asking about services that arent available they only tell you that there isnt any help at this time. They dont even redirect you to another source. So unprofessional.
